1. Health Ministry announces that there have been 262,783 cases of Coronavirus in Spain, officially. 223,578 PCR and 39,205 with antibodies. There have been 26,478 deaths and 47,481 infected healthcare workers.

2. The gazette orders for Phase 1 have now been published. The first section is almost identical to what we saw with last week's Phase 1 orderr for the four islands. Spanish government orders companies to open windows at least once a day.
